Supported Employment is the practice of Vocational Advocacy on behalf of an individual with intellectual or developmental disabilities or group of individuals, enrolled in a particular Employment Program. Simply put--We help our Client's obtain Employment within their community.




First we set a few goals...


by meeting with the Individual, Guardian(s), and the support team to discuss and determine a path forward that works for everyone.





Our chief objective is to maximize our resources and our talents to benefit the members of some of our most vulnerable populations. Using Community Partners* we are able to improve the quality of life, and foster an environment of success for everyone.
